Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Protech Spray ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our fence and outbuilding spray paint services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with our services.
 

1. Services Provided
We offer professional spray painting services for fences, sheds, outbuildings, and similar structures. All services are provided subject to the availability of materials and weather conditions.
 

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • Pricing is subject to change based on site conditions and additional requests.

3. Payments

  • A 25% deposit may be required to secure a booking with a further 25% payment before work commences.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods].

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
     

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 5 working days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions.
     

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to the worksite.

  • Any pre-existing damages should be reported before work begins.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by failure to disclose relevant property conditions.
     

6. Warranty & Liability

  • We offer a 6 month guarantee on our workmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear, weathering, and improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
     

7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
 

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
 

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
